At our first stop about 20 minutes from the pickup point, six of us from the ship found out the tour wasn’t scheduled to end until 5:00, too late for our ship’s departure at 4:30. All three of the tours (six people) were booked thru Viator with Viator knowing when our ship was scheduled to depart. The tour operator said we had to leave the tour or get back too late for us to get on the ship. No other option. So basically we got kicked off the bus. All three couples had to take a taxi back to…”
