“We had a great time on this cruise. we did not see any wildlife, but the captain did his best to try and find some. it is nature, so nothing can be guaranteed. the sunset was beautiful and the views of the shore and the sea were spectacular. it is a relatively small boat that felt private. it has seating on the outside and a some interior spaces, bathroom included. we did have to take off our shoes while on the boat, not to mark up the deck. they served us unlimited drinks and the staff was very attentive. nice relaxing evening sail.Read more”

“Dolphins - checked, uncrowded catamaran - checked, swimming - checked. The cruise was great, there were no mats to lie on the catamaran on the nets, but you could sit there. The sunset almost at the point where the city and the ocean meet looked good, but the main attraction were the dolphins.”

“This was an excellent addition to our trip. Paulo was very accommodating when the weather of our original booking wasn’t looking so favourable he allowed us to swap our day meaning we got to have a spectacular sunset boat ride. This was a wonderful way to see the island and Paulo was very knowledgeable on various parts of the island. I recommend doing this early in your trip as you do come away with more recommendations for things to do. The sunset was beautiful and the views were breathtaking! The wine and snacks were also a nice touch!”

“Great looking catamaran with plenty of space to sit & move around. There was a bar on board & toilets, although I didn’t use either - it’s good to have both. We sailed out for about 90 minutes, saw some dolphins, then sailed towards a cove where we had about 10 minutes to swim in the ocean, then sailed back with the sun setting behind us.”

“Our driver Virgillo was excellent his knowledge was interesting and kept us asking for more info. He took us to various parts of Funchal we hadn't seen before. He gave us hints and tips for some great places to visit and eat. He definitely made our trip to Medeira feel much more complete.”
