They offered to switch me to a canyoning tour instead, which I agreed to, and I did end up having a great time. The guides were fantastic, professional, and cheering. I couldn’t ask for more. That said, I’m giving an average review due to the tour provider’s lack of coordination. After my tour was changed, the staff who contacted me via WhatsApp still seemed to think I was going to do coasteering, not canyoning,…”
