“Fantastic experience, especially if you have never done this sort of thing before. You need to be reasonably fit and have the ability to clamber over pretty decent sized rocks and boulders. You also don't want to be concerned about full immersion in mountain streams and pools! Jose & Bruno guided us and explained the rules and safety so that you have complete confidence. I ended up doing this with my daughter as my son's feet were too big (size 15) - a point to bear in mind, the wet suit shoes were max size 11.5 (UK) - his loss was my gain!”
